Located right in the centre of Dartmouth near to the beautiful St Saviors Church and the Dartmouth bandstand and gardens, River Dart, Foss street shops and galleries. We have two large luxury Georgian en-suite bedrooms and bistro downstairs. This makes it ideal for families with small babies while you are downstairs dinning, your children will be safe in the bedroom above. The first bedroom is a large family private double room and sofa bed with large en-suite shower room, fridge, LCD TV, stereo and DVD player. Kettle with various teas, coffee and café tier. Chocolate drinks, fresh milk and bottled water. There is also a cot provided in rooms, hairdryer, bath robes and iron with board on request. Free Wi-FiThe second room is a double with all of the finishing touches of the first room. There is a Victorian bed with en-suite shower and LCD TV fridge. Both rooms are decorated in a fresh, bright style, incorporating artwork by local artists. Enjoy our wonderful breakfasts, which are cooked to order using local produceBreakfast can be taken downstairs in the Bistro and you can join us for lunch at your leisure - any time up to 3pm then evening meals from 7pm or earlier if required.We provide a parking permit for Mayor's Avenue Car Park for the 2 larger rooms but unfortunately not for room 3. We are pleased to offer discounts for stays of 5 nights and more and also offer a special weekly discounted rate.The Bistro is for every one of all ages and ideal for young families where we provide a quiet seating area for sleepy children or Adults. We pride ourselves in using great local produce from family run farms that produce free range meat and dairy. Our menu consists of beautiful local fresh fish dishes, delicious traditional Polish wholesome cuisine, exciting Mediterranean food and we specialise in very tasty vegetarian dishes with a Polish influence. We also provide gluten free and vegan food, there is a selection on the menu but if you could notify us before your arrival we will prepare something special.Check in time is 1pm-3pm and 6pm-8pmPlease note if you need to cancel please provide us with 2 weeks notice if you do not we will have to charge the full amount for your booking. Directions

Firstly travel to Exeter next to the M5 then onto A380 until you come to a turning onto Hamelin Way continue onto King's Ash Road A379. At a cross roads continue straight onto Brixham road a short distance from there you will see signs for the lower and upper ferry. Approaching from the Kingswear you will need to cross the river Dart either by the lower ferry on the B3205 or the higher ferry on the A379. The lower ferry will bring you onto Lower Street then onto The Quay, there is the boat float on your right and a across from there is Duke street on your left . Turn onto Duke Street then 20meters turn next left into Anzac Street opposite Foss Street. You will see our sign Anzac Street B+Bistro. If you travel on the higher ferry you will turn left and drive along the river front Embankment on the B3205, continue to the next right turn onto Spithead next to the boat float. This will bring you onto the one way system on the Quay take the next left on to Duke Street and next left onto Anzac Street.
